Bought the vehicle November and it gave me oil problems within three months and my dealer told me that it won't be a problem in a long run then my Machanic gave me a detailed history of the vehicle which showed that the vehicle had engine problems and was fixed few days before o bought the vehicle and two months later the vehicle broke and said I must check the hill start resistance and I told my dealer who told me to take the vehicle to the Machanic, and when I was persistent about them fixing the vehicle he told me that his boss is on a vacation so I had to wait and after the bosses vacation he told me that their six months warranty has expired and I told him that their vehicle lost power within five months after buying the vehicle and he said he doesn't care I'm the one responsible for the vehicle mind you the vehicle had the same problem it had before I bought it. Right now I'm thinking of suing because I haven't had a vehicle for five months and I'm paying for a vehicle which is damaged. No one helped me when I needed help I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or because I'm black coz I'm sure they will never do that to one of their own. I regret buying a vehicle from them could've just went and bought a new vehicle but they convinced me that the vehicle has never had problems before nor been involved in an accident but the documents I have shows that it had problems with an engine. I never even gotten the service history of the vehicle. I regret ever being in contact with Autoworld Newcastle especially and I wouldn't refer them to any person in need of the vehicle coz they are friendly and kind when you're still looking for a car but after that they don't care and don't tell you even about the previous damages.
