Averda SA Cape Town - Lack of Accountability

We are still awaiting feedback and reimbur*****t from an accident which occurred last year December.

One of the Averda trucks carrying a brick load smashed our vehicles windscreen and also damaged our dashboard. I have been referred to different people as well as their insurance company but yet to no prevail.

We have all the email correspondence from the relevant persons I have spoken to from Averda's side as well as from their insurance side. The last contact we have received was in April this year, their insurance company advised that the feedback they received from Averda was that the bin of the particular truck in question was empty on the day of the incident.

So my question to Averda and their insurance company is, if the bin was empty why did their driver stop to provide us with all his details and also go with us to Muizenberg police station to open up a case. I was then asked for a contact number of a witness from their insurance company and provided my partners details as he was on the scene of the accident.

Up until today we have yet to receive any communication from Averda or their insurance company regarding the incident and reimbur*****t for the damages done.
