AVG Internet Protection mission impossible

I cancelled my subscription renewal for Internet Security more than a month ago via my AVG account. They asked me for a reason why I am cancelling. I told them that their subscription is to expensive. What a surprise when an amount of R890 was deducted from my bank account! To try an contact AVG is impossible. This company is a bunch ******!
