I am truly disappointed in avg. My subscription was coming to an end and I did not have the money to renew. Avg tryd to deduct from my account more than ten time. Obviously this put me back even more. And after a month they eventually got my money. Yes I should have canceled my subscription. But I truly did not have the time. Why couldn't they just stopped after the first or second attempt.

I am truly disappointed in avg. My subscription was coming to an end and I did not have the money to renew. Avg tryd to deduct from my account more than ten time. Obviously this put me back even more. And after a month they eventually got my money. Yes I should have canceled my subscription. But I truly did not have the time. I received a virus alert which, which -as no other anti-virus software picks it up- I assumed was false. Despite numerous webchats, , support logging on to solve te issue it has still not been resolved. Being assured that it "has been escalated to a higher team" , 2 months down the line , no response from AVG and problem still not resolved. I am cancelling all my AVG products and will NOT be using them again. Anyone thinking of buying this software - think again, the support is pathetic. You can't even email them ...which says a lot

AVG deducted money from my daughter's account without her even having signed up for premium. She bought a secondhand pc with free AVG already installed and, because the software is so bloated and hogs memory she uninstalled it a few nights ago. Today she logged onto her bank account and saw that Google/AVG deducted money from her bank account - SHE NEVER EVEN GAVE THEM HER DETAILS!!! This is suspected ***** and we have reported it with the ***** department of the bank and are tempted to take it even further with the police.

AVG deducted money from my daughter's account without her even having signed up for premium. I cancelled my subscription renewal for Internet Security more than a month ago via my AVG account. They asked me for a reason why I am cancelling. I told them that their subscription is to expensive. What a surprise when an amount of R890 was deducted from my bank account! To try an contact AVG is impossible. This company is a bunch ******!

Money deducted from my account without renewal or consent. I have started 08:12 this morning to TRY and communicate with AVG w.r.t money deducted from my account and it is now 12:17. It is an amount of R399 and gave reference numbers which I gave to all consultants. I managed to save as scrip conversation. After4 drop internet communication with 4 different consultants , lines keep on dropping. I can assure you that there is wrong with my WIFI. When speaking with a consultant se question same answer...I am like g ghost on the system. The one consultant said to me "now that you have it, use it for this year and no renewal next year" I am thoroughly disappointed in their, big "company" assistance.
