No matter how many times I try to get hold of them, they DO NOT RESPOND. I need money back from a cancelled booking,
Struggling with Woolworths. So disappointed with their standard, especially with online purchasing. customer client operators constantly, "sorry for your bad experience" and nothing happens. My address is on their database, but when I called this morning the operator said to me "you are still in Benoni? I am in Hartbee****rt. Really???I also see that they do not respond to any complaints. Goodbye Woolworths, I will make it make my mission to tell people about the quality service I got.
Money deducted from my account without renewal or consent. I have started 08:12 this morning to TRY and communicate with AVG w.r.t money deducted from my account and it is now 12:17. It is an amount of R399 and gave reference numbers which I gave to all consultants. I managed to save as scrip conversation. After4 drop internet communication with 4 different consultants , lines keep on dropping. I can assure you that there is wrong with my WIFI. When speaking with a consultant se question same answer...I am like g ghost on the system. The one consultant said to me "now that you have it, use it for this year and no renewal next year" I am thoroughly disappointed in their, big "company" assistance.
I bought a Trojan spinning bike from MAKRO last year (2020) i bought an extended warranty. The bike is defective and I have contacted Trojan Home Gym, a call was logged and was told I will get a call from a service agent. Nobody called. I have tried on several other events and always told that someone will call me back. Very very frustrating and poor customer service
Have had enough now with company. I had problems with a policy, where I made the errors, however that tried that get to speak to the right person. I then locked a Hello Peter complaint. Then the customer complaints "person" contacted me and told me this and that, however I have to fill out documentation. I did not have a problem with that at all. Mailed and she didn't received it. She replies candidly if I don't they cant....basically cant help with policy. In the meantime I am mailing and mailing documents which says she does not get. I divided the documentation in 3 smaller scans... but still nothing.....come on people? I have tried the Thursday and Friday, the whole day. But i just get that the one number does not exist or the other one just rings....I have mailed documents to How do you deal with that? I am going to a branch now in Brits to see if THEY can help .... Wrote a Hello Peter review early last week complaining about service. They replied with service consultants" will contact me. So what is your guess...yes, nobody contacted me. Vodacom, if I can rate you a (0)I would definitely do. Not even a complaint on Hello Peter helps with this company. I Have been with this company all my life....?
I live in Jartnee****rt and can not get a call through to another vodacom line for months now!! MTN is fine in the area but Vodacom just shrugs their shoulders and we have to deal with it. Calling them is even worst!! Waiting time is very long And what can we do, NOTHING...just stand in line I am so frustrated.... indescribable
Poorest service of companies in general. Holding for a very long time. The line is ALWAYS bad. Have complained previously but received by read receipt moths later. Paid money into a tax-free account the one year. We paid for this financial year into the same account and nobody knows what and when to do what. Its now money in limbo Does not know what to do. I am SO frustrated....AND I am losing interest on that money????? If you try to call the accounts specialist the telephone number doesn't exist!!???
Reception is ABSOLUTELY non existing. Complained at the local store but they say they cant do anything!! I am also trying to call via Whatsapp but the same...reception (data) also a BIG problem. Some action needs to be taken, and without threatening anyboday, i an will have to move to a nother service providet. But until the, PLEASE help?
Do not like the programme at all. Cant get rid of their of their marketing emails, even unsubscribe doesn't help. I have seen that there was a deduction from my account...just cant get rid of them!!!!!!!
