I received a virus alert which, which -as no other anti-virus software picks it up- I assumed was false. Despite numerous webchats, , support logging on to solve te issue it has still not been resolved. Being assured that it "has been escalated to a higher team" , 2 months down the line , no response from AVG and problem still not resolved. I am cancelling all my AVG products and will NOT be using them again. Anyone thinking of buying this software - think again, the support is pathetic. You can't even email them ...which says a lot
