I received a virus alert which, which -as no other anti-virus software picks it up- I assumed was false. Despite numerous webchats, , support logging on to solve te issue it has still not been resolved. Being assured that it "has been escalated to a higher team" , 2 months down the line , no response from AVG and problem still not resolved. I am cancelling all my AVG products and will NOT be using them again. Anyone thinking of buying this software - think again, the support is pathetic. You can't even email them ...which says a lot
Three times now I have received messages/emails stating that parcel is out for delivery and parcel has not been delivered and sent back to depot . Excuse "Driver ran out of time" Fastway does not give a damn. Contacting them elicited the following" Apologies driver ran out of time" Trying to contact them via WhatsAPP, on line or any other way is a joke. No customer service whatsoever. These will be the last people I go to for a courier service. I hope Temu is awate of this as they use them all the time.
My Nespresso Virtuo was a Christmas gift 2024. Within a few months it stopped working. It was repaired by Nespresso. A few months after it stopped working again. Once again repaired by Bespresso. Now it has broken for the third time ( that for a person who has one or two capsules a day!) Reported it on the their website, still awaiting a response. I am 74, in all my years of appliances I have never come across something so bad. These machines are NOT cheap, so it can't be blaimed on a cheap knock off. I would not reccomend the purchase of these machines to anyone after the experience I have had
Despite having settled my credit card account months ago, my latest credit report from “Clearscore” reflects that I still owe over R16000. This is despite numerous emails to my banker and being assured that is has/will be sorted. FNB is quick to notify the credit bureaus you have missed a payment or are in default. Yet it takes them months to expunge your record. Mecure Hotel Nelspruit(Mbombela) After 3 telephone calls whereby the line is so bad that they cannot understand you nor you understand them. I decided to try email. Which also turned out to an unmitigated disaster. Despite given the wrong email adress initially I tried twice TO NO AVAIL. I just cannot get a response from these people. Not impressed at all considering I have stayed there twice before. They obviously dont need the business I wouldn't bother again.
I purchase a new P.C. in July. Since a then I have had a continuous problem with the P.C. freezing at odd times, sometimes twice a day some times not at all, never knowing when I am continuously losing work, time and patience. I have been backwards and forwards to Matrix Blueberry on a weekly basis , with technician after tehnician trying to route out the problem with no success. 3 months down the line I am still without a properly working computer. The first complaint to head office no responce just a call from Blueberry and back there-yet again- the second time of complaing to head office-no responce. I certainly would not recommend Matrix for a new computer.
I bought the Dual Air Fryer in April. Since day one problems trying to close drawers and stopping appliance working. Draw *****s loose needed constant retightening.One eventually diasppeared.Then very bad noise started when trying to cook. Sent an email complaint- Received standard letter back- take it to the nearest service centre. After years of purchasing their Products Kettles, Blender, food slicer, 3 pressure cookers etc i expected better service than this.When I said I want a replacement, my mail was ignoired. I will certainly not be buying Russell Hobbs appliances in future.
Received SMS stating my delivery would be today. Tried calling to find out where delivery was, all I got was reception keep trying to put me through but nobody answers. They note that your call is very important to them, and they are a professional organisation- doesnt seem that way to me. I certainly will never use them for anything I want to send by courier
Further to my complaint of last week on this media. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE:- So after a call from FNB complaints Division saying that they would speak to CCD Couriers the people they use for the delivery of their bank cards etc- and also the usual apologetic waffle-Still nothing , still waiting. No card, no access to shops or ATM's or anything else that requires a Debit card. CCD Couriers blaims FNB, FNB blaims CCD Couriers. It's a circus to say the least. The service from CCD Couriers and FNB is pathetic to say the least.
