Exceptional Service!!! 5 Stars! I had a Russel Hobbs mist fan that was over 12 years old and was no longer working. The mist functionality was no longer working, the blades and the mesh cover that protects the blades were broken. Home of Living Brands not only fixed it within 2 days but also kept constant communication via text, emails and calls. I give the technician there, Nkosinathi Tongo, 5 starts for not only excelling in his craft but for great customer service too!

Exceptional Service!!! 5 Stars! I had a Russel Hobbs mist fan that was over 12 years old and was no longer working. The mist functionality was no longer working, the blades and the mesh cover that protects the blades were broken. I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of service and accountability. I purchased a microwave in 2021 which had to be repaired three separate times. When it failed a fourth time, I was told it could not be repaired and it was replaced with a newer unit. That replacement unit has now also stopped working. There is clearly a pattern of faulty products, yet getting assistance has been a nightmare. What is even more unacceptable is that I have sent multiple emails over the past 8 days requesting assistance, and I have been completely ignored. I am now sitting with a broken microwave and no response whatsoever. Previously, the unit was collected directly from my home, and I expect the same arrangement to be honoured. Instead, I have been met with silence. At this point, it is not just about the faulty appliance, but the shocking lack of communication and customer care. I expect urgent intervention, immediate collection of the unit, and a proper resolution to this ongoing issue. If this is not addressed without delay, I will escalate this matter further through all available consumer channels.

I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner from Home of Living Brands in June last year. Shortly after placing the order, I sent an email requesting cancellation, but I never received any response and the order was not cancelled. The vacuum cleaner is now faulty. Although the machine switches on, it has no suction and is therefore not fit for its intended purpose. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company, but I have not received satisfactory assistance. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service. As a consumer, I expect a functional product and proper communication from the supplier. I am requesting urgent assistance to resolve this matter through a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act. I hope Home of Living Brands will address this issue promptly and provide a fair resolution.

Terrible service. They treat you as if you are not the customer. I had 2 consecutive issues. First time it took them 38 days just to tell me if they have a part or not in stock. And it only took 38 days because I eventually approached management. Everyone else was disinterested. Second time in a separate issue I got a response saying they had no stock. No apology. Not suggestion that they put any effort into it. I chased management agin, and then only then I got a sense they tried various suppliers. Having said that they would not approach head office in UK. It seems as if that would be mushroom much for Home of Living Brands to do. Ultimately they don’t treat you with the respect a customer should be given. I will never try their products again. Try Swan products! Also a UK company. Such a difference in service!!

Very Dissapointed in Russell Hobbs which is supposed to be a top of the range appliance. December 2024 my wife bought me a russell hobbs pressure cooker for christmas, i used it once worked perfectly the second time i used it the top nearly blew off so i just assumed i didnt put the lid on correctly so thats why it happened. it then happened again then i used it again and it worked doing everything the same way. Today was the final straw i tried using it again and the lid blew again and my kitchen was full of everything that was inside. This is totally unacceptable due to the price we pay for these things. also i come from the hospitality industry so i have knowledge of these appliances. my wife cant find her slip but she bought it at game its not there fault

I returned my Russell Hobbs iron through Clicks in early February because it was tripping the electricity and could not be safely used. The unit was collected for inspection, and I was informed that no fault was found. However, when I collected the iron, it was tested at the store (Clicks) and immediately confirmed that it is still not working. Since then, I have been trying to resolve this matter with Living Brands: 1. Friday: I was promised a call from management, but instead received an email requesting the job card number and which store assisted me. I provided the details. 2. Monday: I was the one calling to follow-up. I spoke with different representatives and was again told management would call me on Tuesday (03/03/2026) before 12:00. 3. Tuesday: I did not receive the promised call. When I follow-up I was given multiple explanations, including network issues, but no resolution has been offered. I have been fully cooperative and followed all the instructions, yet I have been left without a working appliance for weeks. The repeated lack of follow-up through and communication is unacceptable. I am requesting a replacement or refund and final resolution of this matter without further delay.
