Terrible service. They treat you as if you are not the customer. I had 2 consecutive issues. First time it took them 38 days just to tell me if they have a part or not in stock. And it only took 38 days because I eventually approached management. Everyone else was disinterested. Second time in a separate issue I got a response saying they had no stock. No apology. Not suggestion that they put any effort into it. I chased management agin, and then only then I got a sense they tried various suppliers. Having said that they would not approach head office in UK. It seems as if that would be mushroom much for Home of Living Brands to do. Ultimately they don’t treat you with the respect a customer should be given. I will never try their products again. Try Swan products! Also a UK company. Such a difference in service!!

He made all the promises of best product and quality work, but his workmanship was ultimately very poor, and most of the problems we paid a lot of money for him to resolve remain unresolved and in some places worse than before. He lacks accountability, did not meet to discuss remedies on failed work, ignored phone calls, and eventually even though he suggested he would come back to assess, he finally walked away from his responsibilities, even though he offered a 2 yr warranty on his work and a 10 year warranty on the product he used. We have had to incur further costs to try remedy the failed work. Independent contractors have confirmed that his work was substandard and the product application was poor. ⚠ Public warning: Avoid The German Roofer. He under-delivered, and did not stand by his guarantees. What was promised as “German quality” turned out to be a costly and stressful mistake.”
Terrible terrible. I have a small issue yet impossible to contact a human being to speak to. It’s all run by a bot. But the bot is unable to help. Still no option on the system to speak to a human. Honestly. Avoid MTN. It’s not worth the pain when something goes wrong.

Terrible! Over 3 weeks later and I don't have my item. One cannot call them. Engaged with them on WhatsApp and 5 times someone assured me they would send me tracking details and they just never did. I will never use them again. You should not either.
Do NOT use Dealhub. It has been over 5 weeks and my item has not arrived. Within 2 weeks of the order I realised that delivery was not going to be forthcoming. I engaged with Mpho for a refund who assured me that would take place within a maximum of 10 working days. 10 days has long past and Mpho won't share his accounts departments direct details with me. I am still awaiting a response or a refund. I strongly advise you NOT to use Dealhub.
