Excellent service!
I would like to recognise Busisiwe Nkosi for her excellent service. She went the extra mile to assist me with the replacement of a microwave unit I purchased from Takealot on 28.07.2025, which unfortunately stopped working. When I tried to log a return through Takealot, the request was rejected as the item was out of warranty. However, Busisiwe provided exceptional support throughout the process. She assisted me diligently and even followed up to ensure the matter was resolved. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. We need more individuals like her in our society—people who take pride in their work and serve with integrity.She deserve a raise and a promotion.
