Very Dissapointed in Russell Hobbs which is supposed to be a top of the range appliance. December 2024 my wife bought me a russell hobbs pressure cooker for christmas, i used it once worked perfectly the second time i used it the top nearly blew off so i just assumed i didnt put the lid on correctly so thats why it happened. it then happened again then i used it again and it worked doing everything the same way. Today was the final straw i tried using it again and the lid blew again and my kitchen was full of everything that was inside. This is totally unacceptable due to the price we pay for these things. also i come from the hospitality industry so i have knowledge of these appliances. my wife cant find her slip but she bought it at game its not there fault
Ordering taking my money awesome. Delivery on time to find out that's it completely not what we ordered but from there absolutely shocking you phone hang on for more than 15 minutes with nothing online we follow the prompts and nothing absolutely shocking. Would love to actually just get my money back and never use them again but I can't even reach them shocking
My wife and myself were in pep stores in despatch eastern cape. My wife was trying on a shirt she asked me to get her another size I then go the rows are very narrow so my brand new jacket rubbed against the pillar which was just painted which now was all over my new jacket. We then report it then all of a sudden they start putting wet paint signs up. The response we got was laughable at best the manager had absolutely no clue what she was doing and couldn't even get a word out of her shocking absolutely shocking I now need to replace my jacket
So Saturday afternoon my wife's phone which is a month old started flickering then the next thing there were these marks on the screen. So Sunday morning go to vodacom in the bridge but let me tell you what a terrible experience. A lady who's name I think was zoleka was rude and couldn't have cared less about our problem. She didn't even look at the phone she just kept on saying it's vadacoms policy must be checked after me querying about what my wife must do without a phone vodacom policy was all I heard, then I asked about a loan phone and again rude no we don't have. Then she gives documents just marking a x where my wife must fill out not saying anything very very rude. She also said she 2nd in charge if she is you doomed. Very very unhappy client
I upgraded last year to a Samsung S10e shocking screen is broken they tell you R5000 to repair its probably the worst screen I've seen it breaks with a screen protector on with putting it down on a counter. Then to top it off the Crack just got bigger and bigger under the screen protector. Till its obviously useless. Lesson learn vodacom was no help. Never the less with quality like that time to make a swap to A huawei. So much of my money wasted
So I upgraded my cellphone to the Samsung s10e and bought a screen protector and a cover which they put on for me. That was the Thursday, the Saturday night I put my phone on the counter and came back to my phone to see that the screen is cracked. I contacted vodacom Monday and spoke to the manager, who then said to me that I must send her a photo of it and she must send it to her head office but in her words she said to me she can't see them not replacing it its within 7 days. 2 weeks later with no reply and also after leaving so many messages for the manager to contact me back with no response nothing, I then contacted customer care and that was over a week ago and still nothing the call back I was suppose to receive I'm still to get. Service shocking products shocking
This will be my second vent about the same thing it's shocking. After contacting me twice after my first complaint and making me email documents etc. Nothing no refund no response to email nothing. You pay medical aid then the doctors make you pay for visit but it's unlimited visits then you do it thinking you will receive your money back clearly that doesn't happen. Absolutely shocking can t believe this service. I promise I'll spread the word
Hi all It's taken me about a week to decide whether I should actually complain but I spent close on R300 at the William Moffat kfc. Crunch master was in a state no cheese on no sauce. Chips were messed all over the bag and the kiddies meal was a disaster that R99 special for the chicken I could get chips in that tub there was so much oil. 2 rounders one with no top bun one with no sauce. Maybe just my bad luck but this has happened so many times with kfc. Needless to say they won't see me again
Hi I was with resolution health medical scheme foundation option for a long time. Near the end before I changed due to changes to the scheme apparently which has cost me in excess of 1147. For doctors consultations which I had to pay cause they refused. The one excuse was you can t see the doctor within 7 days never like that before the you can only see him 4 times a month. All this but when they sell the package the say unlimited doctors visits etc. Never was informed that it changed and no it wasn't in the small print I initially signed. I am disgusted with them
<p>So april last year i upgrade my phone which was a s5 to the s6 then athe sales assistant at vodacom said i must download this app and i get 2 free screens if i did so. so 2 weeks ago i go into TT3 in Port Elizabeth and all they say is go get your proof of purchase so today i do this. to my suprize he says my warranty has expired and my free 1 screen has fallen away cause i didnt use it in the first year which is the warrenty period. So if i want it fixed then i must pay R2500. i think this is shocking i look after my phone it falls close to the upgrade time and then no assistance. Absolutely disgusted not the first issues i have had with both companies now. very unhappy client. definitely changing providers and brands on all goods.</p>
