AVG IS A **** AVOID

AVG is a ****, I paid for a product more than 3 weeks ago and i could install it because of "technical difficulties' on their side. I then requested for a refund which I was promised to get in 10 working days from the 25th October 2025. This is my order ID: #AGAP2118240663

I have been making constant follow ups but up to now nothing, there are saying there are technical issues with my refund, so over 3 weeks they can debit accounts but cant refund. Technical issues happen only when you have to install the product or get you refund? Why dont they occur when they debit accounts.

These guys have no face just hiding behind the keyboard. They do not want to commit to an SLA or timeline. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from these guys rather go for MCaffe or any alternative product.
