Avios and other kinds of lies

Avios together with Kulula claim that you can exchange your Avios credit for Kulula Travelbank credit. You have to link your Avios number to your Kulula Travelbank account to do so. However, even if you are logged into the Avios website and you go to 'Save money with Kulula', it first asks you to login to Kulula, then again into Avios. When you try to login to Avios for the second time the response from Avios is that it hasn't recognized you. This happens even if you are logged into Avios on another tab in your browser!

I have reported this to both Kulula and to Avios and each blames the other! Frankly, this just comes across as lies in advertising. Why do you (Avios) say that this is possible when you make it impossible to claim (your soon to be non-existent credit)?
