I only gave this company a 1 star, because it wouldn't allow me to give a ZERO! Our microwave stopped heating recently. We called this guy who came & checked it out. He told us a part needs to be replaced, which he happened to have because he had a suspicion what the issue was. We tested before he left & all seemed to be working fine. A couple of days later, it stopped heating. We decided to get another company to assist. When this new guy opened up the microwave, there was no new part in it, but literally a piece of sticky tape, holding together a greasy wire that look like it's from the dark ages. PS: Avlin charged us R800 for the sticky tape & wire.. Wishing I could post pictures, because it's still unbelievable to me.
