Poor customer service and Turn around times overall

Honestly the worst customer experience I had received.

6 emails in (during the course of a week) , not 1 reply… Delivery date continues to extend time after time and refunds for incorrect items don’t get processed .

It’s been a month. I’m opting for a refund…..

This just serves as a honest review and a form of constructive criticism…
