We requested a cancellation on Friday and told them we wont be in that area anymore in December and on Saturday they advised that payment request was sent to Judy, we followed up on the Monday and they could not confirm that payment was made by Judy, Tuesday we followed up again and no response what so ever, we advised them we need the deposit back as our time window was closing to confirm our booking in the area that we would be in, still waiting and no response. We have given our cancellation through before their 15day cancellation policy. This is unacceptable that there was no communication given
