Bradlows Baywest Best ever! These ladies at this store are amazing! Denise Bruintjies Thandeka Pinyana Regional Nicollett Cloete Please support this store, Denise assisted me and was with me every step of the way, checking in and giving updates! I have had the worst experience with the online store but then these ladies stepped in and assisted me within two days (after waiting 3 weeks for the online store) This ladies are super hero's and they assisted with such commitment and friendly service, Denise was a pillar of support during my crises, and I am amazed with this quality of service! Please support this store
The worst service I have ever received!!! I paid for my order and they don't deliver don't even communicate, not a sms, not a email and no phone calls, nothing, you go on their website and chat on the website and they drop you everytime, with no update!!! I am super frustrated they take your money and then ignore you, sounds a lot like *****ing a person's money
We just want to report very bad customer service from Salty Dog, we have placed a order and paid in December and again another order in January, we still have not received our order. We are truly irate at this stage as we send them messages and emails but we dont get any response from them, we have requested a refund and still no response. This is very bad service and we feel like we have been ****med at this stage
We bought a car part at this spares shop in Haupt Street, Port Elizabeth. We evaluated the part and saw that it was a defect upon returning they advised they can not give us a refund even if their website says - no-nonsense reliable parts! This is a lie as the part is not reliable!
Ordered nail gel from their website they advised i had to wait two months for it and received an email saying it was delivered after the two month period, i have emailed them to say i have not received this item and never received a response. Very Bad Service would not recommend them at all! They stole my money and they dont even have the decency to apologize for it!
We requested a cancellation on Friday and told them we wont be in that area anymore in December and on Saturday they advised that payment request was sent to Judy, we followed up on the Monday and they could not confirm that payment was made by Judy, Tuesday we followed up again and no response what so ever, we advised them we need the deposit back as our time window was closing to confirm our booking in the area that we would be in, still waiting and no response. We have given our cancellation through before their 15day cancellation policy. This is unacceptable that there was no communication given
