Do NOT support this **** company!
Do NOT support this company! I ordered some clothing items as my husbands birthday gift in December 2024, and we had to return the items in order to exchange the sizes. It's now the 25th of April 2025 and we haven't heard a single word from them, nor are they responding to any e-mails or phone calls. These are a bunch of **** artists and a police case should be opened against them.

Do NOT support this company! I ordered some clothing items as my husbands birthday gift in December 2024, and we had to return the items in order to exchange the sizes. It's now the 25th of April 2025 and we haven't heard a single word from them, nor are they responding to any e-mails or phone calls. These are a bunch of **** artists and a police case should be opened against them.

Salty Dog Apparel are useless *******.
Absolutely useless company. Over promise and under deliver, similar to other customer’s complaints. We placed an order in 8 th of March with a promise of delivery before the 20th of March. Merchandise arrived on the 17 th of April despite numerous attempts of contacting them via Whatsapp and email. No communication from them till now. Clothing not the sizes we ordered. They also seem to change numbers to dissable Whatsapp comms. Useles, utterly useless.

We just want to report very bad customer service from Salty Dog, we have placed a order and paid in December and again another order in January, we still have not received our order
We just want to report very bad customer service from Salty Dog, we have placed a order and paid in December and again another order in January, we still have not received our order. We are truly irate at this stage as we send them messages and emails but we dont get any response from them, we have requested a refund and still no response. This is very bad service and we feel like we have been ****med at this stage
