Do not use or recommend AVS Automotive VAP Solutions for mechanical and electrical motor warranty

I have an Electrical and Mechanical motor warranty with AVS Automotive VAP Solutions (underwritten by GenRic Insurance) for my Mercedes-Benz GL350 BLUTEC. The car jerks when I drive it, and I suspect it has a gearbox problem. I was advised to take it to Mercedes-Benz for diagnosis. Indeed, the car was found to need a gearbox repair. AVS Automotive VAP Solutions refuses to honor the claim, yet it's covered in the policy. I'm so disappointed with them. Please do not use them or recommend them to anyone.
