I wanted to understand what deems a vehicle roadworthy in order to achieve a Certificate of Fitness (CoF). I searched the web for hours and did not find the level of detail I was looking for. I even emailed the contact person on the Western Cape Government site.<br> <br> Having achieved little success, I tried my luck and emailed AVTS for assistance.
