I agree, why bother to write a review if Uber ignores the review and we continue to use Uber. Is there an alternative? My current issue is that as of late the Uber Go vehicles seem to very old damaged vehicles, I assumed the price difference was on the size of the vehicle, not the condition. More often than not the overused unclean upholstery is camouflaged by the use of upholstery spray or similar. Also the body is often damaged, one of the recent ones was a silver vehicle where the paint was faded yellow, the last 2 had various body panels damaged. Imagine rocking up and being seeing getting out of these dingy vehicles. I thought of using more expensive options, but I'm concerned that I will just be paying more for the same or different issues when I am forced to use Uber. For example my son recently used Uber Black for safety, it was a very dated vehicle. Guess one plays roulette when using Uber.

Thinking of using ABSA as a financial service provider, perhaps you should think again. If you want you emails to go unanswered. If you want your telephone calls to be ignored and not returned. If you want the person assigned as the performance enabler to require performance enablement themselves. If you want to struggle to track down someone to escalate to. If you want to compromised service delivery because of virtual banking ... then join ABSA
Unresponsive and useless Virtual Banker Charles Mphahlele. So my useless private banker no longer works for ABSA. I was not notified and then found out that I have a Virtual Banker who is even more useless. I am not sure what has happened to ABSA private banking but the cost of this banking does not deliver value. This services is beyond pathetic. The lack of service has serious financial implications, yet you can't resolve as Charles Mphahlele does not timeously respond to emails and then responds leaving one with more questions than answers. Furthermore when you dial the 0800 227 592 it just rings. I get much better response from my FnB Business banker where I am only a entry level SMME
I luv Woolies Clementine Gold, so each year I buy them in season. My recent purchase I paid R40 for sour and dry clementines. I usually don't mind paying a premium for the product, but if it tastes the same as the product I can buy on the street corner I think Woolies needs to be reduce the price or remove the product
If you lock your online account you have only one channel and criteria to reset and if you don't have this info at hand you are pretty much stuffed. And the call center just tells you to go to branch, which is either closed or closed early. Covid-19 has separated the men from the boys, I guess Standard Bank hasn't reach puberty as yet
Canal food court fundamentally works with a buzzer system indicating when your order is ready for collection. We ordered from various franchises. They all had their buzzers readily available except for debonairs. Debonairs solution to the problem was to pick up your order in 15 minutes. So u either didn't get your order as soon as it was ready or you had to wait till its ready. I found this unacceptable customer service. I asked for an alternative. Non was offered. I insisted they bring my order to me. They reluctantly agreed. I ended up still having to fetch my order after 18 minutes
