Avum fashion haven order

Placed an order with them in 19 November immediately after the special came out, no responses from them since placing the order. Emails , the only form of communication according to them do not work. It's like they don't exist. Very unhappy client, don't mind waiting, but no response or any form of tracking is not professional.
