I have since ordered hair from them 2025 August till to date i haven't received my oder. They are not willing to refund me nor send my hair.

Placed an order on 16 September 2025. They have failed to deliver or at least communicate, despite my numerous attempts to follow-up via email or social media. ****mers! Even their email has been deactivated. The site has disappeared, the email provided on socials is a dud.

Avum fashion haven order
Placed an order with them in 19 November immediately after the special came out, no responses from them since placing the order. Emails , the only form of communication according to them do not work. It's like they don't exist. Very unhappy client, don't mind waiting, but no response or any form of tracking is not professional.

AVUM FASHION HAVEN - ****MER!!!!!
I bought hair from them in August and they delivered end of November, the quality of the hair 0/10!!!!!!! And they not responding to my emails their number is not going through,they also deleted their Shopify store account . Facebook they have closed the comments section it's just a disaster I'm so tired of this back and forth . DO NOT BUY FROM AVUM!

I order on the 28 Au...
I order on the 28 August 2025 till today I never received my order instant they deleted the App,later they created new app which is my information they recognise at all ,when I try to update my information it just give error or just offline
