It's a very bad company, where every month you have to beg for services, your data, your monthly airtime. You don't get any statement even if you want to settle the account you'll never get help. I always have to report them to get my monthly benefits
It's been a week now requesting for a cancelation and a letter, i don't know how many48 hours passed waiting for their respond, i even called, I'm told to hold on until the call is cut.
On the 13th of Jan 2024 I took out a cellphone contract with them to my stupidity I allowed them to set up a debit order without signing everything 1st, I waited for the contract until today nothing the worst part they deducted R1300 from my account without a contract and a Cellphone, sadly I can't reverse the money or get hold of them.
