very bad service sales persons are lying to us all and the artitude stinks . i was ****** at gun point my phone was only 3 week old n they took it from last year October i've been paying R441 . only because they sent me a whatsapp saying all contracts that started before November 2025 will be insured n still today m still waiting but they dont forget to debit my account i even went to the bank trying to block the debit order and it turned out they blocked it from being reversed. I asked them to sent me a phone call recording where i spoke the sales lady by the name of Kgotsofalo till today nothing . when i give them a call they say they only cover screen not a lost phone but its a contact phone . I also spoke to one of their guys on customer service and he told me the sales person is the one to be blamed for false information on a sale. even today i went to the bank they deducted R441 they saying i must pay it for 24 months before getting a new phone what nonsense is that

I took a cell phone contract with Africa Mobile in November 2025 and I have only received airtime and data only once in March 2026. I have tried to reach out to them but up to date they have not responded to my complaint.

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration after weeks of being ignored and mistreated as a paying customer. WhatsApp Support is a Joke — Their WhatsApp channel takes a minimum of 3 days to respond, and when they finally do, they selectively ignore your queries. You are left repeating yourself over and over with zero resolution. No Data or Airtime After Payment — I paid for my phone and it has now been over two weeks and I have still not received my data and airtime allocation. A full two weeks — and counting. This is a basic contractual obligation that Africa Mobile has simply failed to honour. Handed Over to Debt Collectors Despite Proof of Payment — This is the most outrageous part. After making full payment, I submitted my proof of payment to Africa Mobile. Despite this, they proceeded to hand me over to an external debt collection agency. This is not only unacceptable — it is potentially ******** and damaging to my credit profile. Africa Mobile's customer service is not just poor — it is non-existent. They take your money, fail to deliver your services, and then pursue you for a debt you have already settled. I would strongly caution any potential customer against signing up with this provider. I expect immediate resolution: delivery of my outstanding data and airtime allocation, and the immediate recall of my account from the debt collectors, with written confirmation.

Poor customer service, they don't answer my mail,WhatsApp or calls. Still waiting for my ferund I waited for more than 21 days.(remember the reason for the ferund I paid before I receive the product 3weeks later I'm still waiting no communication, I have to call them )it's 3months now I'm still waiting for my refund 😑

I wish there is a way I can get hold of Darrly Peel the so called CEO of this place.. Friendly as hell, quick to phone and offer the phones they get a kick back on and quick to send you a debicheck to accept so that they can send you the phone etc, but i have been struggling since Feb 26 to get mine sorted out.. Waited a month for my phone, the debit order went off my account before my salary was even in, so this was taken from my account on the 24 already when I told them 25th, it is May 26, 2 months later and i am still waiting for my data and airtime. I have been struggling to get hold of them, phone calls, no answer, e-mail i got response after more than a month, and then whatsapp, well, clearly the staff is primary school kids... This is my 2 phone with them and why i accepted a new contract I was just as stupid as them...

I have trying to get a hold of these guys the whole day every time it is a 10 to 15 min wait and then no answer so what I am going to now is I am going to take there moiney and pay it to another company that wants the business becouse they are too busy for new bussiness
