I would like to raise awareness about my experience with Africa Mobile. I was initially informed that my application for a mobile phone was approved and was asked to make a payment. However, after waiting for delivery and following up several times, I was later told that my ID had been reported as missing or ******. This was surprising since the application had already been approved. The process has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I advise others to exercise caution when dealing with their services.

I actually want my refund it bee byn a year now they saying my refund would reflect within 7 working days.I think this company is a **** and people should know about it before falling into ****s.I want my money I haven't recieved my device but you deducted your money and now when I want it back you havent pay it Back can I be contacted and be assisted cz it a huge amount of money and someone must take accountability for it

Ive been with them from 3years now and suddenly they send me sms to say I owe them R1680 because I have fallen behind on payments but the debit orders go through each month.tried to contact them but absolutely no luck!!!!

I pay every month but now i get calls from dept collecters tha i allegetly owes then alot off money And the othet thing i wass sepose to upgraded in december on my 1conyract and my other phone got ****** a wile ago and need a new phone byt the dont want to send a new one as i have an all inclusive pacage i pay for

It's a very bad company, where every month you have to beg for services, your data, your monthly airtime. You don't get any statement even if you want to settle the account you'll never get help. I always have to report them to get my monthly benefits

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Africa Mobile regarding what I believe to be grossly negligent and potentially ******** conduct in their handling of my account. Despite consistent monthly debits from my bank account by Africa Mobile, my account has now been handed over to a debt collection agency (Nudebt) without any communication, justification, or access to account records. Over the past year, I have made multiple written requests for a detailed statement of account, yet I have not received a single response or explanation. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning. To date: I have not been provided with any account statements, balances, or transactional breakdowns. My bank account continues to be debited monthly by Africa Mobile. My account was handed over to Nudebt without notice, any explanation, or proof of outstanding debt. This conduct appears to be a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, as it undermines my right to: Fair and honest dealing Timely and accurate account information Protection from aggressive or unjust debt collection practices I respectfully request your office’s urgent intervention and assistance in addressing the following: A full investigation into the conduct of Africa Mobile in this matter. Immediate suspension of all collection activities by Nudebt until the matter is resolved. A full and itemised account statement from Africa Mobile covering the period in dispute. A formal written explanation as to why the account was handed over without prior notification or proper communication. A formal apology for the distress, inconvenience, and reputational harm caused.
