very bad service sales persons are lying to us all and the artitude stinks . i was ****** at gun point my phone was only 3 week old n they took it from last year October i've been paying R441 . only because they sent me a whatsapp saying all contracts that started before November 2025 will be insured n still today m still waiting but they dont forget to debit my account i even went to the bank trying to block the debit order and it turned out they blocked it from being reversed. I asked them to sent me a phone call recording where i spoke the sales lady by the name of Kgotsofalo till today nothing . when i give them a call they say they only cover screen not a lost phone but its a contact phone . I also spoke to one of their guys on customer service and he told me the sales person is the one to be blamed for false information on a sale. even today i went to the bank they deducted R441 they saying i must pay it for 24 months before getting a new phone what nonsense is that
I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct i had a great experience wit Noluthando Mo***eng today she was patient n well imformed wit her work i kept asking hee question n she had answers to all of them n wen shes unsure she wud consults out of 10 i can give her 15
