Poor customer service, they don't answer my mail,WhatsApp or calls. Still waiting for my ferund I waited for more than 21 days.(remember the reason for the ferund I paid before I receive the product 3weeks later I'm still waiting no communication, I have to call them )it's 3months now I'm still waiting for my refund 😑
I was a member from 2012 ,then this year I lost a parent,then I was now informed that because I didn't pay my premium for two months.im not covered .I was informed of the terms and conditions of their company.is how hartless this company is.i asked for my money back wich I believe is fair since they couldn't help me and they refused.
My father passed away on the 3 feb2019 till to day I haven't received any help from them.i called the call center several times but still no help, the claims form were submitted where I to go to rustenburg to get a medical reports from a doctor's but I was told that the forms are not complete.is this what they call a good customer service.
