I am writing this review out of sheer frustration after weeks of being ignored and mistreated as a paying customer. WhatsApp Support is a Joke — Their WhatsApp channel takes a minimum of 3 days to respond, and when they finally do, they selectively ignore your queries. You are left repeating yourself over and over with zero resolution. No Data or Airtime After Payment — I paid for my phone and it has now been over two weeks and I have still not received my data and airtime allocation. A full two weeks — and counting. This is a basic contractual obligation that Africa Mobile has simply failed to honour. Handed Over to Debt Collectors Despite Proof of Payment — This is the most outrageous part. After making full payment, I submitted my proof of payment to Africa Mobile. Despite this, they proceeded to hand me over to an external debt collection agency. This is not only unacceptable — it is potentially ******** and damaging to my credit profile. Africa Mobile's customer service is not just poor — it is non-existent. They take your money, fail to deliver your services, and then pursue you for a debt you have already settled. I would strongly caution any potential customer against signing up with this provider. I expect immediate resolution: delivery of my outstanding data and airtime allocation, and the immediate recall of my account from the debt collectors, with written confirmation.

the most disgusting services ever!!! Today I placed an order around 19:00pm it is now 20:49 no delivery yet. The call center agents are also pathetic by transferring my call while I'm trying to complain. I have never experienced these horrible services yet !!
Good day To whom it may concern : I hereby wish to express my concern with regards to the service I have been receiving from FNB today . I have opened a new premier account last week and I urgently needed a account confirmation today . I have spent more than 3 hours trying to get hold of premier banking today and every time I dial the premier number, I end up at gold suite . When I ask them to transfer me to premier the phone call comes back to gold suite . I have explained my situation to the various consultants they end up transferring in the middle of my conversation to premier there after the call comes back to gold suite. On a few occasions today I have experience where the consultants drop the call on me or they transfer me in the middle of the conversation . I have never experienced such rudeness in my life before . I am a grown-up man , career professional and a father and I find it difficult to process this level of rudeness and pathetic service . All I needed was account confirmation for my HR department to do my salary switching . I now almost close of business and I still feel helpless . I am deeply disappointed , this is the opposite experience from what you are advertising on tv. Regards
Pathetic client services, I have signed up a week ago and no delivery yet. I called in 3 times today to check on my order and there was no movement. I requested twice today for a manager to call me back but luck. It seems that the rain management is walking on water as they are out of reach. The staff seems incompetent all that you hear is " I understand sir '"
