I am very much disappointed with Campbell, they have been handling my mother's raf case since 2019 , they never communicate with us . we have been sending emails but they take forever to respond. Only now that they send a letter stating that court date is in 2030, when we ask that cant they get a date that is sooner because my mothers condition is critical and we can no longer afford the medical bills. They never respond

Poor communication
When I started the process I was very excited as communication was regular but as soon as we agreed to pay for the service the communication become one sided. None of our queries have been answered. We receive an instruction but when you query something on the instruction your email is ignored. We acknowledge that they are busy but all customers deserve transparency. Better communication will make this whole process better for both you and us.

When I started the process I was very excited as communication was regular but as soon as we agreed to pay for the service the communication become one sided. None of our queries have been answered. We receive an instruction but when you query something on the instruction your email is ignored. We acknowledge that they are busy but all customers deserve transparency. Better communication will make this whole process better for both you and us.

Disappointed
I'm so much disappointed about Campbell on umhlanga branch their service is not good at all my sisster sister was supposed to get her second payment from Raf on July they said she will Gen on 20 August when we call them they are just bushing around

I have repeatedly called and emailed your offices, only to be told that a lawyer will call me back — but no one ever follows through.
