This company is a *****. My daughter ordered from. SHEIN and today we received a message saying the parcel has been received. There is no parcel at the house and we ha e been waiting. Worst of all is that it says parcel delivered at 23:00, as we speak 23h00 is an hour away as I'm typing this message. *****sters I tell you and a lady called Palesa can't even give you a reference as proof that you queried the details o. The tracking details on the SHEIN website.
This is on behalf of my mom who had taken a Contract with Vodacom for the passed 4 years. We have been trying to cancel the contract for the passed 3 month with no luck. We have paid the cancellation fees as requested and also sent through the documents but they seem to have lot even the payment itself. I am so ****ed at the fact that Vodacom doesn't want people to cancel contracts when they no longer want them and this online **** of you needing to call the call centre to cancel is ridiculous because you never get any joy. I will make damn sure that any person I know who wants to take up a contract with vodacom stays as far away form this network as possible! Your service is ridiculously very bad!!!
I am Nedbank account holder, but I am really not happy about the service. This is not the first time I'm complaining about the service at nedbank. I thought Internet Banking was supposed to my life easier but it seem like it is not at all helping in any way. I had applied for a Credit card on the 2nd of January online but I have yet to find out whether it was approved or not. When I call to inquire, I always get the answer that the process takes a long time and that my account is in process. and that an agent will call once approved. I have yet to receive a call from Nedbank advising me on the status of my application. I am very disappointed with Nedbank because they say online you will receive an answer in minutes but nothing has happened here. I must say Nedbank always takes time to respond to my quires. Very disappointed.
I have been requesting for my credit information to be updated for the passed 4 month with no luck. the problem with this company is the people lie all the time telling you they will update your report and it should be sorted in a few day but that never happens. now I have a record added on my credit information which shouldn't even be there. I have also finished paying 2 of my account a long time ago but they are still reflecting on my record. I don't understand what kind of a company is this that doesn't care about their customers and to think I have been with them since 2013. Very disappointed and would rather deal with a different credit company from now on.
I have an investment with Discovery which I requested to withdraw from beginning of January. I sent through the documents on the 2nd of January of which I was advised the process will take 7 to 10 days to process once all documents were received. It's been almost a month now since I've sent the documents but I have yet to receive my money. When I call I keep on getting responses telling me about a tax directive delay. Surely your administrators know why tax directives get declined by SARS and should rectify the problem for me to get my money? I am very disappointed with Discovery and wouldn't recommend anybody I know to join since I know it takes forever for your money to get paid out. I had made plans for this money as I need to put it somewhere else but it seems like discovery is quick to take your cash but can't pay out my money. Very disappointed with your service.
<p>I sent a request 2 weeks ago for a csll back on requirements needed when opening a new business account with no luck. A contineued to Send an email letting them know their services was poor, they responded aying they will call back shorlty but that never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disapointed as I am a working indivudual and often don't have time to go to the bank branches for assistance.</p>
