I took a cell phone contract with Africa Mobile in November 2025 and I have only received airtime and data only once in March 2026. I have tried to reach out to them but up to date they have not responded to my complaint.
Affinity health has debited my account twice without delivering the medical insurance card they have promised me when I took a cover with them. I spoke with the bank to block them from accessing my bank account but they still found a way to debit money from my account and they have made sure that I won't be able to reverse what they have taken from me. This a behaviour of ****mers who prey on unsuspecting people just to take from them. When I called to cancel the first I was told was that there won't be any refund which goes to prove exactly what they were after. The fact that they failed to deliver on their promise which is what I was paying for, does not matter to them because they have received what they were looking for. People please be careful of Affinity they are ****mers of note.
