I paid Avum Hair R2,349.00 on 22 August 2025 (Order ID: AFH-25737). The order was marked “Paid,” but I never received a tracking number or delivery. I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly promised dispatch “soon” or “on Monday,” yet nothing arrived. I sent a final notice and still received no resolution. This is unacceptable service and a breach of trust. I’m requesting either an immediate refund of R2,349.00 or proof of shipment and delivery within a reasonable timeframe. I have proof of payment, the order confirmation, and email threads to support this complaint. Avum Hair, please resolve this urgently.
I got the best customer service because there was a communication throughout, I love the quality of my sneakers and I can’t wait to order again. I recommended this to my family and friends.
