EMPTY PROMISES

I bought a Blue Toyota Yaris from this dealership . I dealt with Salmaan the whole time, He was all nice and friendly and doing things timeously prior to the purchase as well as on the day that the deal was finalised and I was told that the card had never been in an accident. I was having issues with the car. The upholstery was tearing loose and he said the car was not in an accident and Dekra also confirmed\\" it. Now the car is making all funny noises. When I bought the car the engine light was on and he said it is just a setting and promised me that the mechanic will look into it - it never happened. After a while me and my late husband went there he got the police there he said we were harassing him. He never answers his phone and empty promises one after the other. That car was in a huge accident. Salman is very incompetent and I would not recommend Awaiz Exoticars to anybody. Worst service EVER!!!!! But I have read an interesting story on this same site there is a lady also bought a Yaris the same time I did I wonder if they gave here money back and then I bought it????I am phoning her if that is the case Salmaan is getting a surprise!!"
