I have contacted Russell Hobbs asking them where can I find a lid for my kettle that costs R700,00- mine has disappeared when I moved. I have e-mailed them twice no response!!!

EMPTY PROMISES
I bought a Blue Toyota Yaris from this dealership . I dealt with Salmaan the whole time, He was all nice and friendly and doing things timeously prior to the purchase as well as on the day that the deal was finalised and I was told that the card had never been in an accident. I was having issues with the car. The upholstery was tearing loose and he said the car was not in an accident and Dekra also confirmed\\" it. Now the car is making all funny noises. When I bought the car the engine light was on and he said it is just a setting and promised me that the mechanic will look into it - it never happened. After a while me and my late husband went there he got the police there he said we were harassing him. He never answers his phone and empty promises one after the other. That car was in a huge accident. Salman is very incompetent and I would not recommend Awaiz Exoticars to anybody. Worst service EVER!!!!! But I have read an interesting story on this same site there is a lady also bought a Yaris the same time I did I wonder if they gave here money back and then I bought it????I am phoning her if that is the case Salmaan is getting a surprise!!"

Deposit Refund
RAK Property - I have rented a property from them and there is damp coming through the walls - I told them when I moved in now it is my responsibility they said I had to keep all the windows open which I did. I have to pay the deposit and I have to settle the account because it is going to be more than the deposit. I mean really. Will never ever rent from them again. SO be careful.

Contract
A greenconnect member phoned me and offer me this contract with 2 samsung phones. I received it and I opened it but did not check the contract, this morning I see that for these 2 phones I have to pay R14 376,00?<br> They are only Worth both of them R2000,00 really what do I have to pay so much for these 2 phones.<br> The one phone I did not open yet and the other phone is a problem it switches off when ever it wants to and the battery power is poor.<br> I saw that I am not the only person caught by this. Really this is day light robbery????<br> Please come and collect,<br> i have logged a complaint with them waiting for them for a feedback
