Not submitting correct documents - Claim delayed, no feedback.

Mariska was very helpful in the beginning, responding to mails quick and very happy to ask and receive money.

She is not responding to mails or whats apps, her phone is off as well.

My claim is delayed due to her submitting incorrect info and now she has vanished.

Terrible service for the fee paid and trying to make things easier for new moms.
