AWNMASTER - UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY

I have been working as an Architect for the last 10 years and been in the building industry for 16 years. Being in the service delivery sector, we do not have time to spare to complain about other service providers but I gladly do so when it comes to Awnmaster.

I can, with the utmost confidence say that in all my time in the industry I have never had to deal with this level of unprofessional communication and service from a supplier. Insulting members of the project team via email and breaking every promise of delivery to the client for a product already paid for 8 months ago is only the beginning of this completely incompetent and unprofessional supplier. We will most definitely make a point to avoid doing any form of business with them in the furure
