I WOULD JUST LIKE TO MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING FROM AXCESS MOBILE, IN FEBRUARY I MADE CONTACT WITH YOUR COMPANY ABOUT SETTING UP OUR VOICEMAIL SYSTEM AND A TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED AND EVERY TIME I FOLLOW UP, SOMEONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I THEN ASKED FOR A BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR OUR ONE RECEPTION PHONE AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR STOCK TO ARRIVE, I MEAN HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ALL OF THIS AND NO ONE ACTUALLY HAS THE DECENCY TO MAKE CONTACT AND KEEP ME UPDATED WITH WHEN WE CAN EXPECT A TECHNICIAN TO COME TO OUR BUSINESS PREMISES TO SORT EVERYTHING OUT. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE QUICK TO WANT TO CUT OUR PHONE LINES IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IMMEDIATELY BUT YOUR SERVICE TO YOUR CLIENTS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
