Been with axxess for 3 years, have 3 different services with them. I want to cancel one of them, i am told i have to serve 2 months notice, meaning i can only cance end of September. To top it their whatsapp agents are so rude and disrespectful. This is a *******. How do i pay 2 months for a service that is already not in use???

I have a fixed lte 100mbps line ... since I got it, it never reached speeds higher than 30 mbps during the day ... currently at 1**** it is 0.86mbps download ... fup still 200gb's short. This is ***** .... and this how they get away with it. Charge you for 100mbps and give you on average, a 10 - 15 mbps line. They are committing *****. Over weekends and after hours when the speed is drastically dropped by them, the support is also gone

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I subscribed to their WiFi service on December 31st, 2024, and was expecting a reasonable waiting period for my SIM card to arrive. However, the experience that followed was nothing short of infuriating. After multiple follow-ups, my order was finally processed on January 2nd, 2025. When I asked the customer service agent about the delivery timeline, I was told it would take 3-6 days. I questioned this delay and requested to change my shipping address to my workplace. The agent assured me that I would receive my parcel on January 3rd, 2025. However, this proved to be a blatant lie. When I called to follow up on January 3rd, I was told that the parcel would actually arrive on January 7th, 2025. I reluctantly accepted this new timeline and had the agent update my shipping address. Fast forward to January 7th, 2025, at 4:00 PM, I called the customer service again to confirm if I would receive my parcel that day. After waiting for 10 minutes, I provided my reference number and was put on hold for an unacceptable 30 minutes. The lack of transparency, constant delays, and blatant dishonesty from the customer service agents have left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been with Axxess for about 1-2 years, the first couple of months I had good signal and no issues, the past 3-6 months I have bought more data for my wives phone due her not been able to do her work on our Telkom internet we have with Axxess. Everytime I log a complaint they tell me to take 3 speed test and send it to them. I have done this so many times, I have done changes to my modem on their request then it the speed goes up for 2 hours and then drops again, I am in the market for a new wifi company that does month - month deals

Customer service has declined more than the state of the country. Even for new service enquiries they couldn’t be bothered to respond. As an existing loyal client I’m appalled by the service

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING FROM AXCESS MOBILE, IN FEBRUARY I MADE CONTACT WITH YOUR COMPANY ABOUT SETTING UP OUR VOICEMAIL SYSTEM AND A TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED AND EVERY TIME I FOLLOW UP, SOMEONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I THEN ASKED FOR A BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR OUR ONE RECEPTION PHONE AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR STOCK TO ARRIVE, I MEAN HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ALL OF THIS AND NO ONE ACTUALLY HAS THE DECENCY TO MAKE CONTACT AND KEEP ME UPDATED WITH WHEN WE CAN EXPECT A TECHNICIAN TO COME TO OUR BUSINESS PREMISES TO SORT EVERYTHING OUT. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE QUICK TO WANT TO CUT OUR PHONE LINES IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IMMEDIATELY BUT YOUR SERVICE TO YOUR CLIENTS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
