I have been with Axxess for about 1-2 years, the first couple of months I had good signal and no issues, the past 3-6 months I have bought more data for my wives phone due her not been able to do her work on our Telkom internet we have with Axxess. Everytime I log a complaint they tell me to take 3 speed test and send it to them. I have done this so many times, I have done changes to my modem on their request then it the speed goes up for 2 hours and then drops again, I am in the market for a new wifi company that does month - month deals
I cancelled my wi-fi subscription about 2 years ago and got a confirmation back from Rain that they did receive it, I am now getting harassed daily by Rain and a company Nudebt and threatened for being arrears and have to pay the amount into their ABSA account "Final Notice of Action" I am fed up with this any suggestions please
I have terrible unstable wifi, I have reported it now for the past 2-3 months. I get signal then it shows no internet access. I spend more money buying data for our cell phones than my payment to Rain. I always get the answer someone will contact you within 24 hours but nothing happens

I put in a claim +/- 9 April 2018, regarding my fiancée being help up and was robbed of her gold necklace. I also wrote a review about 2 weeks later that I was waiting for the voice recording from Miway from when I joined them. I got a call from Miway saying they are sending it to me, but I have still not received anything. I have contacted them again yesterday and again today and also gave an alternative e-mail address to send it to. I need some advise how to get the Onbutsman involved in my claim.
I have been with Miway for the past 2-3 years. I have never claimed. Recently my fiancee was robbed at gun point and they took her gold chain and cross. When I took out my Insurance I was told we would be covered for R76k for unspecified items, but when I now claimed I was told it is R1500-00. I am waiting for Miway to send me the recorded conversation to clarify the issue. The claimed was registered about a month ago I have not had any feedback in the last 2 weeks. I was informed they would have to convert the recorded conversation for me to able to listen to it, and then the manager would send it to me. Which has still not happened. My fear is that when their IT department converts it, what would stop them from editing it and cutting out that part of the conversation?
