Been with axxess for 3 years, have 3 different services with them. I want to cancel one of them, i am told i have to serve 2 months notice, meaning i can only cance end of September. To top it their whatsapp agents are so rude and disrespectful. This is a *******. How do i pay 2 months for a service that is already not in use???
I used the @TFGZA app Bash (most regrettable mistake of my life) on 01/07/23.After making a payment, i never received the items i had bought.They have since promised to pay after i had resorted to Twtter. To this day they are ignoring my emails, exactly 45 days after. I am really drained, don't know what else to do😭
Sent fragile stuff worth R1500 through this company, half of it is broken. I am just shuttered. I hate these guys with a passion. Will never again use this courier💔💔💔💔
I had a contract with vodacom that ran till 27 November 2015. I called to terminate the contract sometime in december, not sure about the exact date. To my surprise till today i am still being billed and now my am paying for a service i am not even aware of. Today on the 5th of March i called the customer service 3 times, spoke to 3 different consultants who directed me to the cancellations department where i stood on the line for 25min, 45min and 30 min respectively with no success, where the first time the call was just cut-off. That means i will continue paying for a service am not aware of. For me this telecommunications thing of one having to cancel their contract upon its expiration is just pure chicanery for them to keep binging off our pockets, why cant the contract terminate automatically upon expiration? South African telecommunications game is just monopolic and the government is not intervening, we customers just suffer in the hands of their barbaric acts. This is the 3rd barbaric act am experiencing from vodacom. Firstly i paid for a laptop that wasnt in my posession, 2ndly 100rands airtime went missing without any trace from their side. Its been a month since i got your reply & an sms stating that u are sorry for the inconvenience yet nothing has been done except 4 u blocking my other vodacom sim card that i have a contract with u 4 a day, leading 2 me not receiving calls nor my emails, puting a halt 2 my busines activities& my job search...thats utter disrespect for a customer whos been a subscriber for 5yrs.& u still continue billing me 4 something i never used & am not in posession of. Is that how u make profit?By rip offs? How can i pay for something i have never used. Business is about earning ur money, not about robbing subscribers. Plz sort this mess out and learn to run a business profesionally!!!
I applied for a laptop contract with vodacom at dobsonville vodacom outlet. I waited for 2 weeks for the delivery of the laptop and when i said i wanna cancel they persuaded and begged me into not cancelling. After receiving the laptop i returned it within 5days as the laptop couldnt connect to the web. When i returned it withing 5days they told me they will take it for repairs and i told them to cancel the contract right away as i couldnt wait any longer and couldnt use a new laptop that has already gone for repairs they agreed to cancelling. To my surprise i have been billed full amount for the laptop that i didnt even use for a week. When i confronted them they told me they couldnt cancel as they saw no reason to. I need my full refund or i will take the matter further with both private and Consumer Protection Act lawyers. Firstly it was the sudden rates hike now this, vodacom must learn how to respect consumers, they are who they are bexause of us!!!
Hi, i had a contract with MTN and at the expiry of the contract i experienced some problems with billing. All the money debited mistakenly was refunded to me promptly. I had a similar problem with Cell C but got no refund. So MTN IS SIMPLY THE BEST. KEEP IT UP GUYS, I WILL STICK WITH U 4EVER
Hi, i have a contract with Cell C for a laptop and a 2gig data which i pay 300rand monthly for. I am experiencing a problem with them with their billing every month which i think its a rip off. I just checked my data balance and it reflected 900mb left whereele on their side it reflects only 5kb left. I called the call center to ask about that and the guy just hung up on me when i told him that they dont have transparency as they charge differently behind the scenes. And to my surprise i just found out that for January i will be debited 550rands wherelse i didnt even finish all my data so i dont know what i am being charged foe. This is not the firsttime thi is happening, i am getting overcharged almotevery month and this has to come to an end, i need to be refunded all the money i have been ripped off or else i am going straight to the CPA to take the matter far and will make sure i stop all people associated with me from using its services
Hi, i have a problem with oneplan health insurance. I went to a dentist for filling. The dentist happened to not have a speedpoint so i withdrew the money for his service from an ATM, which was R460. I sent a proof afterwards in a form of a receipt to oneplan [Email Removed] that is the requirement in a case where an ATM was used instead of a speedpoint. Since then my policy has been suspended and i dont know the reason. On top of that since the policy inception i could not ever claim for my daughter who was covered under the same policy so that means i have been paying R1100 for nothing since september of 2014. And when you claim the consultants are so rude one of them hung on me on the day i went to the dentist. I had always had people complain about oneplan but i gave them the benefit of the doubt, could i please be helped on this matter
