Customers be warned ! My biggest mistake was to have ignored the other negative reviews published about this company. Whilst the team of workers that came to site were very pleasant, this cannot be said for the owner Corneil Jacob - found to be insolent and belligerent , and totally dismissive of any criticism of the service eventually provided. Paid (always in advance !) to remove roots and resurface my court, he eventually delivered a very poor and substandard result - numerous cracks appearing above the 'repaired' areas within two weeks of his crew leaving site. His guarantee is absolutely meaningless and he will not entertain requests to even come and inspect the work. G. Porter

Hired them in to build a tennis court in October 2017 and completion date estimated to be December 2017. (maximum of 16 weeks was estimated) We are now in June/2018 and still hasn't finished. Owner does not answer the phone or respond to e-mails. 90% of the total job has been paid for. Destroyed our pavement and does not want to fix. (even clearly instructed that they should not unload the material on a heavy truck). Very unreliable company and very unprofessional.

I contracted Axis Courts to refurbish my tennis court and replace the fencing. They have now subcontracted the court refurb to Barretts as they were unable to deliver, and they have abandoned the site leaving my fence in a complete mess with holes in it. When i approached Corneil Jacob he claimed the fence was 100%. There are gaping holes and the workmanship is poor to say the least. They have not conformed to standard fencing requirements (of which i was unaware) and I am now taking legal action against Axis Courts to recover my costs. Cornell Jacob's lack of willingness to rectify the situation has been hugely frustrating.
