I’ve ordered online on October 23rd, was debited the full amount on October the 23rd and the purchase was supposed be delivered by October 25th. A week later and nothing has been delivered. Talk to them every single day but no response whatsoever, requested to cancel and be refunded but until now nothing! They don’t want to give my products nor refund. Such as hassle to deal with and the amount was high.
To whom it may concern, you did not pay attention to my query, the amount was charged twice for the same purchase. Please find the print screen of my bank. To whom it may concern, I made a purchase order on September 27th - order number AZA00928887 of total amount R3734.00; but then on the same day I've received an email saying that two items were refunded of the amount R273.96 (Unfortunately, some of the following item/s are out of stock). Now, just verifying my bank statement I was debited twice on my account. On October 3rd, I was debited R 3.734,00 (the cost of the total purchase order) and another amount of R 3.460,04 (the cost of the total purchase order minus the two items which was out of stock - invoice number Invoice No.: 00000000000000228665; Order ID: GE4580617518ZA) ; can you please let me know why? Now I got an email from Saurabh that I got refunded R273.96 and it should be R 3.734,00. I've sent an email with the two debits and also a print screen off my bank statement, but no one responded. Worse customer service company I’ve ever had to encounter. I’ve bought 3 pairs in which my daughter already used two, two of them are faulty, one I’ve managed to glue the Velcro, the other one she just started using and the Velcro also came off but I couldn’t glue. The third one I wanted to send for you to check if it was ok as it is still in the box and Froggie rep**** that at my own expense I have to courier the shoes to Durban back and forth and also pay 30 rands to fix?! It will cost me a new pair of shoes just to courier them. I will though never purchase anymore any shoes from froggie and I do not recommend the kids leather shoes with velcro.
I just had a debit on my account on yesterday and I’ve sent a print of the my phone that I’ve send an sms to *135*997# to see if I have any subscription and I have no subscription. I didn’t even get any sms yesterday that I’ve subscribed to this and I never purchase through my credit card, it’s always with internet banking. I don’t even know what a Vodacom WIG is all about.
Bought a few things on April 25th, 2020 then on May 20th then told me that they did not have one of the itens so I’ve requested to cancel my order and refund me, until now, 12 days later they don’t refund me and also don’t even reply to my emails. Horrible customer service and negligent as they were the ones that did not have the merchandise. They sit with your money for months.
Hired them in to build a tennis court in October 2017 and completion date estimated to be December 2017. (maximum of 16 weeks was estimated) We are now in June/2018 and still hasn't finished. Owner does not answer the phone or respond to e-mails. 90% of the total job has been paid for. Destroyed our pavement and does not want to fix. (even clearly instructed that they should not unload the material on a heavy truck). Very unreliable company and very unprofessional.
Paid the downpaymet of Sept 29,2016 and paid 20%on April 17th, 2017 when the material arrived in South Africa. Till now, almost two years since the contract was signed they do not finish the job and also do not want to return the remaining balance. Not a reliable company.
