Unfair treatment on refund request
Staff are not friendly and tefusedto give me a refund on a cash purchase due to not having any cash in their till at midday. They do have a float but told me to come back at another time. Very disappointed with the service

I would like to thank Ayanda for being such a wonderful and caring person, she truly made my experience with National Debt advisors enjoyable and unforgettable, she was such a full hearted,calm and dedicated woman in what she was doing
