What a disgrace!!! They do not answer a single phone call! We reported a faulty prepaid electricity meter 3 days ago. I had a ref number after holding on for 1 hour 23 minutes. I took a day of work to wait for the technician to come and repair my locked meter as nobody would be home we work full day, no time allocated can be given. Just wait the entire day and nobody pitched. There literacy is so bad they cannot take down an address even if you spell it like you would do to a 3 year old. nobody is home. They never pitched. I went to the municipality today and was blocked at reception. They will call me to tell me when a technician will come out. I cannot load vouchers but what do they care!!!!!! I am still waiting, nothing!!!!! Disgusting
Poor quality items, sizing is not consistent. I requested a refund and chose the Credit option. Never got the Credit.
I simply attempted to open a basic woolworths store card (account). It was recommended to do this online which I did. I submitted all information and got to a step where a OTP would be send to my cell phone to progress. This never happened and I conformed my cell number. I tried this 6 times and asked for the OTP to be resend. Then a telephone number appeared on the screen which I should call for a assistance which I did. The consultant on the other side said Eish my system is off line and hanging????? So where the f...... is that my problem. Woolworths is making to much money and ripping people off with their extravagant prices and poor service. They just lost 3 customers for life.
All ABSA atm’s are compromised at present. 3 Incidents happened including to me yesterday. You start a withdrawal transaction then the system slow down and stall. I cancelled the transaction, got my card back, money has been deducted from my account on the statement slip, but no cash????? 3 Times he same issue???? Could be an inside issue. I had to open a case at my o n bank FNB for compensation and investigation. No wonder they are rated lowest in SA.
Terrible unfriendly, unprofessional service. No enquiries desks. Disorganised queue system, ATM’s are out of order and took my card due to a technical error. I waited 5 hours in the brach to get a new card as staff is slow, understaffed while the bank is full. Workers are all Africans and have a hostile attitude. I migrated to FNB 100% improvement
Staff are not friendly and tefusedto give me a refund on a cash purchase due to not having any cash in their till at midday. They do have a float but told me to come back at another time. Very disappointed with the service
I have processed according to their system 6 return items from 4 various orders. This was 2 weeks ago. The have not arranged for a collection at all??? My first return is about to lapse. You cannot communicate with them as you only hav a stupid bot. Shein collects refund or return request the same day!!! The quality of Temy articles are also getting poorer., You add an item to you cart and whilst in your cart they increase the price?????
Terrible service. *********** staff, no response to emails and processes gets delayed and delayed whilst you cannot work.
Expensive and not helpful at all to install your fibre connection. Probably have enough business. Our conduit into our home was blocked and they just aborted the attempt and left us with no orher solution. Totally overrated
You place an order, these clothes are expensive and then they do not deliver. On enquiry the phone jjust rings and messages are not answered. I have lost R1335 due to this Luvo ****
