Azure Sales & Rentals seem to apply ******* practices.

I rented a property through Yvette from Azure Sales and Rentals from Feb 2023 - July 2023 (I moved to a new area) and have found Yvette to be very *********, and also caught her acting *******ly and in direct violation of the Housing Act, on more than one occasion.

Nothing was ever fixed in the property I rented and information regarding the owner wanting to sell was also withheld just until after I moved in. I assume they wanted a free handyman, as the new tenant is expected to fix things the previous tenants broke. The landlord is too cheap to fix it, and the agent too disinterested to enforce his contractual obligations.

I find Yvette Ferreira poses a risk to both Tenants and Landlords alike with her ignorance of the law and lack of understanding basic obligations and responsibilities set out in the legislative framework. She seems to think what she says overwrites national legislation.

Due to Yvette not having refunded my deposit and full interest back (as required by law), I can unfortunately not reccomend Yvette or Azure Sales and Rentals to anyone for any service to be rendered.
