I rented a property through Yvette from Azure Sales and Rentals from Feb 2023 - July 2023 (I moved to a new area) and have found Yvette to be very *********, and also caught her acting *******ly and in direct violation of the Housing Act, on more than one occasion. Nothing was ever fixed in the property I rented and information regarding the owner wanting to sell was also withheld just until after I moved in. I assume they wanted a free handyman, as the new tenant is expected to fix things the previous tenants broke. The landlord is too cheap to fix it, and the agent too disinterested to enforce his contractual obligations. I find Yvette Ferreira poses a risk to both Tenants and Landlords alike with her ignorance of the law and lack of understanding basic obligations and responsibilities set out in the legislative framework. She seems to think what she says overwrites national legislation. Due to Yvette not having refunded my deposit and full interest back (as required by law), I can unfortunately not reccomend Yvette or Azure Sales and Rentals to anyone for any service to be rendered.
The Journalist called Molefi Sompane, associated with: BBT Press Sompane Media Connection Health E-News (Confirmed the details he used to message me from) The Connector Metsimaholo News Qwaqwa Press Maliciously damaged my vehicle without cause. He was the Journalist of the year in 2008 and is a director at: Molefi Sompane - Reg No.: 202011322307, and Sompane Media Connection: Reg: 201110231807 ID number: 870506*****3082 Let me iterate - I do not know who he is - I've just been receiving threats after a message in which he admitted damaging my vehicle (out of the blue). Please be careful who you employ as a freelance writer.
This company makes false claims about their pieces, and when pointing it out, they quickly pop you a message and block you. Highly dishonest and I wouldn't support them at all or buy any of their miracle (read fake) pieces.
Note: The fact that Pieter Scholtz - the owner of Mantisy, would use *CONFIDENTIAL information, and blatantly make blackmailing threats because he doesn't want this to come out, is beyond absurd, and it speaks volumes of his trustworthiness as a supplier and/or client service provider. *Confidentiality is usually thought of as an ethical issue. It is, but it is also a legal obligation. There is a common-law duty to preserve professional confidence. The Constitution guarantees citizens the right to privacy, including the right not to have the privacy of their communications infringed. On 23rd of August I paid Pieter Scholtz (owner of Mantisy) an amount of R3500 or services to be rendered. After Pieter kept on once-sidedely changing the terms (and myself having to constantly tell him he can't just change the contract/agreement as he pleases), I cancelled the transaction. He agreed on 11 September 2021 to refund me the money. For the next 3 weeks I kept asking when the refund will be paid, and he started coming up with excuses as to why he won't pay - even though the CPA is very clear on this. Prior to the proceeding which follows, Pieter was informed through links, screenshots and legal articles of what he is doing being illegal, but he still refused the refund, so I took rightful legal recourse, and: 1) Opened a Case at the South African Police Station 2) Lodged a formal complaint with the Ombudsman for Services (Contravening the CPA) 3) Lodged a complaint with CIPC (contravention of the Companies Act of 2008). 4) Instructed the Attorneys to proceed 5) Wrote this Facebook and a Google review (as the public should be aware of this service provider). At 18:25 on 1 October 2021, I received a message from Pieter in which he will tell everyone about the service, and make my messages, the agreement and my details public (please see the note on 'Confidentiality' above). I informed him on several occasions this is "defamation of Character" and will open him up to additional charges and arrest. He kept making threats to make my details public. I phoned Pieter 30min later, his attorney apparently sitting next to him, but when I asked if I could please speak to him (the attorney), Pieter shouted "no you may not speak to him!". He then carried on shouting and screaming (such drama) and eventually agreed AGAIN to pay the refund. I messaged him AGAIN, and thanked him (like I did the first time he lied and said he will make the payment for the refund), and he then blocked me.
I would caution anyone against joining this "club" or their Facebook group, as they allow a TON of misinformation to be spread! Worse part is, when you start giving facts, with actual scientific reports done etc. they are quick to sweep it under the carpet, while protecting members who intentionally deceive others through ignorance and lying... I can unfortunately, not in a good conscious, reccomended them to anyone until they start filtering out all the false information they themselves approve.
FNB has become a ridiculous business to deal with... I've spent over R300 just this morning, making 27 (yes - TWENTY SEVEN) calls to FNB, being sent from Pillar to post! NOBODY seems to know what they are doing or what to do or how their systems work! I am a private client, but after this continues failure of FNB I will no longer support them - I will not recommend them either. Shocked and disgusted!
I have been in the process of selling my apartment which FNB Holds the bond of. The Transfer attorneys have requested the Cancellation figures on my bond on the 16th of October already, and we are not receiving anything from FNB. Today when speaking to my private wealth banker, I was informed that Charmaine van Diemen has been sitting with everything - she has not sent anything through. This useless individual is risking the whole sale of my property. I am now lodging a formal complaint with the Ombudsman for Banking Services, as this is unacceptable.
Every morning before 8am, our internet connection runs fine, but when 8am hits, the signal just drops to a non-existent point. How does Vodacom expect people to run an online business from.home, if they can't keep their network consistent. This is now the third day without signal, and I think I need to start seeing what my legal options are, because not only is Vodacom fraudulently billing me for services they cannot provide anymore, they are also hampering my income. This is not acceptable anymore!
This company shared a "review" on Facebook, but the screenshot posted looked like they were writing the review themselves... Even in the Address bar it stated "/write-a-reciew". Considering the amount of scams out there, I thought it prudent to at least make people aware - before they potentially get scammed. So, I posted a comment and drew attention to this and was immediately met with hostility and a reply including swearing... I would be very cautious of a company like this, as the basics of customer service seems to be beyond the comprehension of whoever is so incompetent to sit in that chair... Disgusting to say the least.
I have been in the employment market for quite a long time, and have regularly updated / changed my CV to suit trends etc. BUT, I lack "engaging" writing s****s. I looked at reviews of companies and found CV Centre. I signed up for the CV package and I am ecstatic! Teresa is the writer who worked with my CV, and BOY - THIS LADY CAN WRITE!!! I LOVE the new format, writing, and how my experience is conveyed in a less "cold and blunt" way. Teresa - thank you for all your help and the service you provided! I will definitely be recommending the company (and you), to people looking for help to recreate their professional image / position. The process is quick and seamless, with constant communication, and grasping of what the client wants to emphasize (although this was already clear from the first draft without my input). Additional criteria I wanted to included were added without errors or having to revise it over and over. There were errors here and there (for the sake of honesty), but even that was sorted out very quickly! I personally believe being a Procurement and Supply Chain professional, I tend to be much more focused on service delivery and general interaction (as it is my job), but I can honestly not claim to have any complaints! I can unfortunately not comment on all the writers, but I will admit - if they are all like Teresa, then you cannot go wrong with using this service! Teresa - a VERY special thanks to you as well, as you have really impressive s****s and have delivered beyond what my expectation was in the beginning! The work you delivered is worth every cent! Great work guys!
