Unhappy With Repair Done

Good day,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the oil leak repair work carried out on my vehicle, [BMW 1 Series 118i], and completed on the 6th November 2024. Despite the repair, the original problem persists, and I am dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. I have communicated this to your company, and my car has since been brought back three times for you to remediate the poor workmanship. Every time I bring it back, I am told that the issue has been repaired, only to find out a few days later that the car is still leaking oil, which was supposed to have been fixed as per the original invoice and our telephonic conversation.
