I have been attempting to contact your Braamfontein campus via telephone, but unfortunately, I have not had any success. My son even visited the school in person, only to be instructed to email an address provided by staff after being sent back. Despite our efforts, we have received no response. As a last resort, I am reaching out through this channel. I would like to bring to your attention that my son's transcript on Stacy is showing zero credits for the module XDSC5119 - Work Integration Learning, despite him having submitted all his work. This discrepancy is causing undue delay in our ability to register for the 2025 academic year, as we need to know which modules to pay for. Despite the repair, the original problem persists, and I am dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. I have communicated this to your company, and my car has since been brought back three times for you to remediate the poor workmanship. Every time I bring it back, I am told that the issue has been repaired, only to find out a few days later that the car is still leaking oil, which was supposed to have been fixed as per the original invoice and our telephonic conversation.

Good morning, I hope this message finds you well. Last month, I received an SMS from your office regarding an outstanding amount on my account. At that time, I spoke to someone who assured me a reconciliation would be done on my account since I had already paid the fees at the beginning of the year. However, today I received another SMS threatening suspension if the issue is not resolved promptly. Concerned about this development, I called your call centre and was connected with Pitsi Raphelego and Eugenia Sambo. Unfortunately, neither representative could assist me or solve my problem. Instead, they bounced my call between each other without resolving the matter. Additionally, when I requested account invoices/statements from them, they could not fulfil this request either. Given the urgency of this situation, I would greatly appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and assist me in resolving the outstanding issue on my account. I'm writing now with disappointment about Nedbank Home Loans customer service. It is very said that when you are a paying customer and your queries never get attended to whenever services are required from Nedbank. They only happy as long the receive the money. I have emailed a query in March 2023 requesting a session letter for my new Insurance and this was never attended to. I then logged a telephonic query Ref No: 78337813 2 weeks are go and this is still not attended to. I have been following up and the consultants just tells me that they has escalated to back office (Black hole). I'm now paying two insurance companies for my life cover and this is ******* as no cover will pay out. This is not acceptable since I'm a paying customer. I also have telephonic reference number: 78278135 that I have logged for the consent letter for submitting my plan to the municipality and this also went to the Nedbank Black Hole. I'm now begging and praying for someone to come to my mercy
