Terrible Experience – Engine Damage After Repairs
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE❗️They are great when things are going well but pray nothing happens to your car. My Suzuki Swift was taken to Cornright Motors after being involved in a car accident. The cooling fan and radiator were damaged. Cornright Motors did a good job with the body repairs but they failed to conduct proper checks on the thermostat and cooling system. About a week after collecting my car, I noticed that the air conditioner was blowing hot air, followed by the engine overheating. This ultimately resulted in severe engine damage. When I reported the issue to Cornright Motors, they distanced themselves from responsibility and suggested that Suzuki it might be a malfunction. Communication then became very slow and they closed for the festive season without resolving the issue. As of today, my car has been written off by the insurance due to the extent of the damage. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Cornright Motors and would definitely DO NOT recommend them!

Wont recommend taking your car here
Took the car in for a minor rear bump (boot lid and bumper only). Conright did the repairs but completely broke the front door lock and caused the automatic central locking system to malfunction. They denied responsibility, claiming they didn’t touch the locking system. No pre-diagnosis or inspection of the locks before/after was done. The car was fully functional when dropped off. Customer service was rude and dismissive. Now facing extra repair costs elsewhere. Strongly advise against using them

Great service and quality
I experienced the best service with Cornright motors! Ntando made sure to communicate every step of the process. Need my vehicle before they could complete the job but they made sure to execute the job as quick as possible without compromising the quality of their work. As a first time car owner, Cornright has set the standard of service and quality for me. I am very pleased with the service and work done by Cornright Motors!

Great service and quality
I experienced the best service with Cornright motors! Ntando made sure to communicate every step of the process. Best panelbeater experience
I recently took my daughter's Ford Fiesta in for a rear bumper replacement. This must have been the best "panelbeater experience" that I've ever had. From following up with me, in order to book the appointment, to taking delivery of the car when it was done, they were amazing. Professional, dynamic with good communication. Thanks guys!

Best panelbeater experience
I recently took my daughter's Ford Fiesta in for a rear bumper replacement. This must have been the best "panelbeater experience" that I've ever had. From following up with me, in order to book the appointment, to taking delivery of the car when it was done, they were amazing. Professional, dynamic with good communication. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service & lack of efficiency
The service is very poor. 1st they booked my vehicle in and kept it for 2 weeks. They never gave me feedback.Only when I called for feedback I get told the parts did not arrive and I should come collect the vehicle.. 2. They repaired were awfully done. The paint job is beyond deploring. The cream white inner door part was extremely dirty, the car has scratches inside. Is been 8 months since they promised to fix the horrible job that they have done. The car looks worse than when it went in for repairs. There are still parts that are outstanding yet they said the car was ready for collection. To this day those parts were never replaced. Almost a yea now. They are not even giving me any feedback. The manager is not helpful at all. All they care about is money not customer service.
