Took the car in for a minor rear bump (boot lid and bumper only). Conright did the repairs but completely broke the front door lock and caused the automatic central locking system to malfunction. They denied responsibility, claiming they didn’t touch the locking system. No pre-diagnosis or inspection of the locks before/after was done. The car was fully functional when dropped off. Customer service was rude and dismissive. Now facing extra repair costs elsewhere. Strongly advise against using them

Im so fucken angry for the service im recieving from ABSA . I want to cancel my life insurance and i sent my wriiten letter request along with my ID requesting cancellation on the 2 Feb 2015 . Even called retentions and they asked me to do so and i did. But still no response .If i get debited for next month i will close my ABSA account because this is bullshit. Because they never take time to debit my account
